1. Project description and execution 1) Responsible for ICOS product development work of UX, network and monitoring component with 5+ FTEs in each team. ICOS is a managed private cloud OpenStack service solution deployed on SoftLayer baremetals, based on monthly enterprise release (ER). There are 7 ERs up to now. 2) End to end plans and monitors the scope/schedule of sprint deliverables, resolve issues rapidly to make the deliverables on schedule with high quality. 3) Identify and manage potential risks, making mitigation plan, and resolved 85% of the risks. Escalate risks cannot be mitigated to make sure all the risks are on track. 4) Created and maintained real-time defect statistics report using excel and BIRT open source tool. Timely monitors defect status and triages the details, help team reach the 0 goal in number. 5) Delivered network troubleshooting guideline and made network environment support 80% reduces in rate. Support deployed dev environment individually to make team focus on dev work. 2. Community support 1) Program manager of Genius bar program. 谢邀。@conan 项目经理与产品经理都叫PM，做的事情却大有不同，都是舶来品。先讲讲不同。 抽象一点说： 产品经理决定做正确的事； 项目经理负责正确的做事。 具体一点说： 产品经理对接业务人员与项目组成员，从业务上规划产品，主要研究的是用户、需求、设计，对产品的最终结果负责。 项目经理对接产品经理和所有RD，从技术上实现产品，主要研究的是项目管理、技术，对产品的过程负责。 在大司里，这两个岗位都是专人专事，这样才能创造最大价值。小司或创业公司里，为了控制成本，可能会让一个人负责。 基于此，讲一下一个完整的过程里一个人负责多少个节点。 这是一个工作循环：接收（接受）任务→分析任务→设计产品→交付产物→研发跟进→验收发布→结果分析。 如何在简历里体现，主要是说明你知道这些过程、你参与过这些过程。 剩下的，就是在面试时候聊出来了。 祝你好运。
