头部向肩膀左右倾斜 15 度以上就能躲过人脸识别系统是真的吗？
最近有很多篇文章都提及这个方法。是真实奏效的吗？那有其他真正有效的方法吗？

假的，10年前就能达到99.99%的准确辨认率了……
一直无法解决的都是墨镜问题。
不知道10年后的现在前沿人脸识别技术到什么水平了。
naive！明确的告诉你现在人脸识别对于姿态的鲁棒性已经能做的很高了。特别是16年cvpr那几篇用深度神经网络做的，15度这种小姿态根本没戏。不过有些识别系统用的还是很久以前的算法确实会有类似歪头失灵的情况。估计提出这个方法的人是希望避开haar人脸检测之类的步骤。
一般图像处理算法都会考虑尺度不变性，平移不变性和旋转不变性，题主的问题该划分到旋转不变性中。所以理论上是可以识别的。
甚至于一些先进的算法会使用类似Kinect的深度摄像头来识别是真实的人脸（人脸有深度）还是人脸照片。
